Conditions for Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Felcan we want to guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If you need to make a return, please take into account the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can request the return of a product within the following timeframes <strong>5 working days<\/strong> following the date of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must be <strong>unused<\/strong>in its <strong>original packaging<\/strong> and with all its labels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product returns are not accepted on <strong>promotion<\/strong> or with <strong>discount<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer must bear the cost of return shipping, except in cases of shipping error or defective product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Return Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To initiate a return, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contact our customer service<\/strong> by email or WhatsApp indicating:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for return<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Send the product<\/strong> to the address provided by our team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once we receive the product, we will verify its status. The validation process can take up to <strong>3 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the return is approved, you can opt for:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exchange for another product<\/strong> (subject to availability)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund of money<\/strong> (see details below)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the payment was made by <strong>bank transfer or PSE<\/strong>the reimbursement will be made by the same means within a term of <strong>10 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the purchase was made with <strong>credit card<\/strong>the reimbursement will be made according to the times established by the financial institution (approximately <strong>15 working days<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event that the return does not comply with our policies, you will be notified and the product will be reshipped to the original address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you made a purchase through our online store, you have the right to retract your purchase within the following time limits <strong>5 working days<\/strong> following the delivery of the product, according to current regulations. To exercise this right:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notify us of your decision through our customer service channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns the product in <strong>the same conditions<\/strong> in which it was received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once received and validated, we will proceed with the reimbursement within a period of <strong>maximum 30 calendar days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Warranties<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
