1. Shipping Coverage

We ship nationwide in Colombia, ensuring that our products arrive safely and in optimal conditions to your home.

Delivery Times

  • Major cities: 3 to 5 working days.
  • Rest of the country: 5 to 8 working days.
  • Delivery times begin upon confirmation of payment.
  • In case of holidays or external situations that affect logistics, times may be extended.

3. Shipping Costs

  • The shipping cost is automatically calculated at the time of purchase, depending on the location and weight of the order.
  • On purchases over $350.000 (according to current promotions), shipping can be free.

4. Shipping Process

  1. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
  2. Once the package is shipped, you will be able to obtain the tracking number to track the shipment if required.
  3. Delivery will be made to the address provided. Any error in the shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Receipt of Order

  • The order may be received by any person of legal age at the address indicated.
  • If the package shows visible damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, you must record it on the carrier's waybill and notify us immediately.

6. Delivery Problems

If your order has not arrived in the estimated time or has any inconvenience:

  • Contact us through our customer service channels.
  • If the order cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, absence at home), a new delivery will be attempted. In case of return of the package, the customer must bear the cost of a new shipment.
